Thank you in advance for the help.

I picked up 2 carpet anemones about 2 weeks ago. The larger red one looks great in the evening but during the day it is shrank and mouth out. Eats but slow. Been trying to feed every evening. I was told it might just be hungry. The blue one was just hiding during the day but has been staying out longer each day. I also have a mini carpet that has been in the tank for about 2 months is fine. All 3 are in somewhat the same area in the tank.

First we need more description to actually help what lighting size of tank age of tank condition you got it in and what conditions they were in before your care as in lfs or fellow reefers tank. Second I would stop feeding them you’re just going to cause more issues. @OrionN can help with treatment if necessary.

Both looking sick and getting worst. Don't feed them. I would take them out of the DT and treat them in hospital tank with antibiotic
