CaribSea Aragonite Florida Aquarium Crushed Coral, 40-lb bag Would anyone use this to start a new tank?

I bought the Aragonite Florida crushed coral and a bag of CaribSea Arag-Alive! Special Grade Reef Aquarium Sand, 20-lb bag, would you mix those together or is better to use one or the other?

Either is fine depending on the type of sand sifters you plan to keep (if any) and what your power head strength will be. How tall is the tank?

20" Tall. It's effectively 20x20x20.

Also what size power head would you suggest? Bulk Reef Supply suggests this HYDOR KORALIA G3
