Can't post pictures in threads?

When using the mobile app or web version.

Not sure what happened but I cannot post pictures in threads or messages. When I try to use the photo icon in the response window it no longer pops up the "drag and drop here" option.

Any ideas?

Is it possible you have the BB code option selected? If so, that would grey out all the other buttons and make them non-working. Can you click this and see if it fixes the problem?

I also have the same problem if I use the desktop shortcut. I have to go on the R2R website to post pics
