Can someone tell me a list of fish meds that work for gram positive as well as a list for gram negative. What happens if a fish has ich as well as internal parasites, red streaks in fin (blood)- can you medicate with diff meds at once to target problem? Also, what’s the best sand vaccum out there that’s not outrageous price wise. Plz help me someone!

For a sand vacuum, I would just use something like this:

In terms of antibiotics - the vast majority of external bacterial infections in fish are gram negative, so choose a broad spectrum, gram negative antibiotic first. In all cases, selecting which to use is a guess - we aren't able to perform sensitivity studies like they do for human infections.
