Can I put a juvenile Tomini bristletooth tang and yellow tang together in a 65 gallon tank?

I was planning on buying these two fish along with a lawnmower blenny and six line wrasse but I just wondering if they could stay together. Also if they can’t stay together is there another option for the Tomini tang?

Not even one in that tank. You do what you want but that tank is way too small for either of those beyond a few months even if you got juveniles. A dwarf angel would be a better option. If you must have a tang go with the Tomini.
