Can I mix Sodium Nitrate and Soda Ash?

So i have been running almost 0 on nitrate.
I dont have an extra dosing pump.
I can only see this tank once a week due to being at my parent's house.
Can I mix sodium nitrate with sodium carbonate (soda ash) with the same liquid solution?

Yes, that should be ok. If you try to add a large amount of sodium nitrate, you may begin to suppress the solubility of sodium carbonate due to the increased sodium concentration, but a small amount is ok.

With the increase of sodium will that also increase salinity ?

The salinity will increase with any additive or food that contains sodium or potassium or chloride or sulfate, but since not much nitrate is usually added, the effect is minor and is lost in the shuffle of other things impacting salinity such as skimming or water changes.
