It's as large as I expect it to get, or as large as they normally get in my tanks. It's a wild caught Hawaiian that I got from a tear down so I'm not really sure of the age. I keep another wild caught one a 7ft tank along with 3 biota yellows the two wild caught ones are about the same size.

That montipora is magnificent i couldn’t help but notice. The one i’m adopting is fully grown is why i’m asking so i’m guessing about 6”. It has an injured dorsel fin strangely, have no idea if it’s wild caught or not since i’m in the uk.

The monti grew from a small piece that broke off durring a tank teardown. I love the way its growing in levels instead of one big flat piece. It's only been in the tank several months and I'm already having to prune it.

Yellow and bristletooth tangs are my favorite cuc members. I think it would be a good addition to your tank and may help out with your algae
