Can anyone help me identify these white slug looking things in my media basket and if I should be concerned?

I think they could be stomatella snails? Look em up! No issue if that's what we are looking at!

They might also be pineapple sponges, which are harmless filter-feeders.

Aquatic life is easier to identify under water. Looks like pineapple sponges to me.
