honestly I don't feed. I just do weekly water changes.

I feed mine 2 times a week. One with oyster feast oyster eggs 1 - 200 microns and the other night with Reef Roids.

I mix Reef Roids in with the mysis slurry I give the fish 3-4 times a week. Baby corals popping up everywhere.
