Dish! What's your method?

Here's everything I use, exceptsometime i add chirzo. Just chop up the chicken. Toss it in a pot with some olive oil for a little bit. Then add in the beans and Pico or salsa depending on what's available. Let it all cook then toss on a handful of cheese right before I take it off the stove. Then just dip my chips in for dinner. 1 pot to clean

Yeah I have some version of this I do with my leftovers. Leave some ground beef on the plate, mix all the rice, beans, chili gravy, and meat that fell out into a kind of dip, then go at it with the chips.
