Haha I live in the burbs. This was the neighbors across the street. They brought over dinner for my wife and me. Our cat was ran over a few days ago, and I'm pretty sure the wife was the one that did it. I know they feel terrible about it, but I also understanding them not wanting to take blame for it. It was an accident, and we loved our Nabi so very much.

Yeah it was devastating. She was getting older and loosing her vision though. I suppose it's better than having to decide to put her down in a couple years.
