I want to give a quick shout out to Matt and Tyler at #BRS. Had an issue with a LED which, due to special circumstances, I didn't know had a problem until too late. They understood the circumstance and tried to fix the unit, but it wasn't repairable. In the end they issued a refund even though it was past their return guidelines.
I purchased a new one from them and they will continue to be my go-to source for equipment and supplies.
