I am totally new to any aquarium. Although I googled a lot, I am still worried I did something wrong.

Set-up
30x30x30cm tank. Water itself is 21L
Distilled water and red sea Coral pro salt
60W light are on at 35% 8 hours a day.
Hang on filter is on at the very beginning but sponge and carbon was in on 1 Aug

On the first day 21 Jul, I added a lot of turtle food and I smashed them.
From 21 to 31 July, I added 2ml of bottle of bacteria TM one everyday. It was way too much.

On 1 Aug, I added another 2ml. It became really brown and could not see through. I stopped adding bacteria as I googled that bacteria fight for oxygen when there is too much.

I used dropper to take those water below rock. There is strong ammonia smell. Many bubbles on water surfaces. I guess they are oxygen so It is doing good right?

I cannot find salifert ammonia test kit in local shop. Nitrate level is 0.2.

It has been two weeks. Should i do anything or wait with trust?

I think you added too much turtle food. It just needed a little pinch.
I would change out the water and start again, just a little pinch this time.

There is also no flow in the tank, it will benefit from a powerhead to move the water.

I did a 100% water change and wiped all leftover turtle food after emptying the tank. But I dosed bacteria again. I beg bacteria are not all gone. I should stop.
This is the third day. It looks like a normal bacteria bloom. I will wait.

I really appreciate all the advise. I will consider investing a power head for cycling and mixing water later. I am afraid a typhoon will be created in 1 ft square tank while keeping corals.
