tank is just over a year old. Had red cyano growing on rock as well as the brown stuff on sand. Treated for cyano and did water change. Red slime is gone but the brown on the sand is still there. Any idea what it could be?

Probably diatoms. Hopefully not dinos. What are your current nutrient levels?
