Yeah this is some pricy stuff but if it works well might be worth it. I am interested if anyone is using it too? I love brightwell stuff!

If you are talking to me, then no. I use macrobacter and reef biofuel and really have come to like those two products. I used to get a touch of cyano from time to time before using those products have seen none since I began using them.

Well I'll be giving this stuff a shot I'll be setting it up tonight here is a picture the look like NP's BP SO AT THIS POINT I'd have to say I like the the design of EB pellets better but hey I'll see how these perform my phos and nitrate are already 0 from vodka dosing !!! So I guess I'll be looking to keep it there ! More later

Sorry was goin to update last night I put this stuff in a phosban 550 reactor mj1200 pump it's tumbling well had to mod the reactor, Saturday I reduced the amount of vod I've been dosing to 3/4 ml and brightwell's suggest that you add 1ml mb7 per 20gallons of water for the first 4 weeks to seed the product
I added the entire 600g which is a little under a liter
No bacterial blooms or cloudy water in fact my water has became cleaner which I thought it was as clean as could get from the v/mb7 dosing
I'm going to continue dosing vod mb7 at maintainence levels because I've heard of people still having hard time running pellets and keeping their nitrate down so I'm going to run simultaneously to see what happens but as of now my no3 and po4 are still 0

Hey one other thing I've noticed is my PH was starting to drop from 8.26 to 8.0 so I put the effluent exiting into my filter sock and within an hour my ph was back to where it was

Yeah I always do my ph at night usually drops from 8.26 to 7.99 because I run calcium reactor but this was during the day I noticed my ph was only getting up to 8 so I decided to throw the effluent into the filter sock to help get it a little more oxygenated before reentering to tank and it no longer has an effect on the Ph
