I received this 7 stage RODI unit from BRS and the elbow is leaking. Water pressure is a bit over 40 could it be the reason? Also after running it for awhile the tds meter is still showing 5… What do I need to do?

My DI is dry, it’s the RO that’s leakingUnscrew, sealing tape, screw back on.
If you leak at DI your going to see 5ppm
It’s already there so I don’t know, I ran the thing maybe an hour, TDS was 11 at firstIs the elbow hand tight? TDS showing 5, how long is 'a while?'
You’re right maybe I’ll try that first if that doesn’t work tape afterwards… How do I take out the red tubing? Just pull?I see threads exposed so it may need to be tightened. Take out the red tubing and see if you can rotate it clockwise to tighten. Could also try using teflon tape on the threads.
Pull out the little clip that keeps the collar the tube goes into open. Then push that collar back and pull out the tubing, I should show you in the instructions how to remove and replace tubing. You’re right maybe I’ll try that first if that doesn’t work tape afterwards… How do I take out the red tubing? You can grab some teflon tape at home depot/lowes to fix the leak but depending on source water you might need to add an additional carbon filter or di canister. Some people even need to purchase a silicate buster depending on what you have present in your districts waterI received this 7 stage RODI unit from BRS and the elbow is leaking.
