Looks to be some type of coral neoplasia/hyperplasia disease that pops up in Acropora and sometimes Montipora species. Some say that in SPS it seems to be water parameters related, while others have suggested infection.

Had a tank crash after my corals decided to spawn back in October. So could be parameter related. This one’s the only milli affected…other sps have been affected differently. This milli it’s happy as Larry otherwise…super fluffed up and it’s still growing. Could be the tank crash. I do believe it could be calcium alk related. Had several issues with that. It’s all stable now so most sps that were affected are slowly recovering. Hopefully this milli will stop bouncing in the near future too
