Appears to be a minor injury or rub mark. Known as toby puffer, they are very curious and do not hesitate to get into crannies and rock holes in search of food.
Please post photos under white light.

I do not see this as bacterial but do keep an eye on area. It should improve daily. If not, treatment in quarantine will be Seachem Kanaplex for at least 5 days.
Assure good water quality and diet. This is not a flake and pellet feeder and foods such as Mysis shrimp. chopped krill, chopped clam, small plankton as examples
Just watch that it doesn’t spread or if you see other symptoms like it not eating, or rapid breathing.Ok gotcha will keep a eye
