Did you measure the PO4???Filling it up with the 200 gal at the ready in the basement. Spent all day rinsing sand, decided to add it before putting in the Marco rocks that have been cooking for a couple months. View attachment 990109 View attachment 990111
...the next time I go to my beard barber...
I so want to make fun of you for writing this... :0) :0) :0)
Be my guest. I've worn one for ~45 years.
That's the general idea, but 40mm would be way larger than I would like. If you look at the post from the 5th of the kessils, they are mounted on a 19mm 6061 aluminum square that I ripped in half, with 3 points of support. The Kessils are surprisingly light, and 19mm was the smallest size that would fit everything. I realized I would like to have it covered on the top after the wiring is stuffed in. So this weekend I worked on that -- I started over and ripped another one so the walls were higher then used a milling machine to "chamfer" a groove on the inside wall of each side, and then milled a piece so it wold just fit in the groove. I plan to tap a few countersunk m3 screws to anchor the cover, and paint it all white.I think I would take a single piece of 40mm 8020 and suspend it by wires on either end and in the middle and put the kessil's on it.
Very minimal and unobtrusive and strong.
And it would be adjustable that way as well.
