Hi ,

Hi the fish is about 2 years I have had him, I actually rescued him from another hobbyist that bought a trigger and decided he no longer wanted aggressive fish. He is about 6 inches in size , unfortunately I don't have history or where he was from originally
What size is the aquarium is this fish in?

His tankmates are a Picasso trigger, Sailfin Tang , that is all .
Not heavily stocked. Great! I'd expect this size triggerfish to be in a 180g aquarium of a length of 92 inches, or larger aquarium with at least a 60" length.

I lean towards an internal injury of some sort.

I actually was supposed to upgrade to a 180 , got it then had to move so that upgrade won't be for a while unfortunately
