Black circle on chocolate tang

Not sure what this is, if anything. But after a week in QT, we noticed this black circle on one side of your chocolate tang.

Is there another fish in with the chocolate?
It looks to be a bite mark. other which I assume there is none would be a sting or puncture from an urchin.

There is a Tenneti tang in with him. That was my guess, but I was not sure. I’m thinking about adding them to the DT tomorrow, so hopefully no more issues until then. I would do tonight but I want to do a fresh water dip before adding them. Appreciate your help as always!

Looks like a bite mark to me also.

As a side note - a week in quarantine with no prophylactic treatment won’t protect your existing disease these fish might be carrying. FW dips are not a complete treatment. They reduce parasite loading by some percentage, but they leave enough parasites for the disease to be able to start back up again.

If your quarantine tank is stable (no ammonia, etc) you should run a full quarantine process:
