I probably should but Ive had a disease outbreak before and it killed $500 of fish so I’d rather not take a “chill pill”I would take a chill pill
The white can be damage from bag or glass surfing. Prazi is a dewormer and wont do much for this but if infected will be seachem Kanaplex
I would have recommended that you follow the quarantine protocol here - but - since you didn't - I would not dose something unless there was a problemAlso I was thinking of dosing prazi pro as a preventative. Would you reccomend that or should I wait until I see a real problem.
Well hypo salinity does not cure disease (for example velvet is not affected) - I am not saying you have no clue - but - it does seem like you want the 'professionals' to agree with your plan. I, as one of those, do not. However, given where you are at now - I would not necessarily do anything differently. Speaking only to the tube on the fin - there is nothing I would do about that.i asked if I should put medication like prazi pro as a preventitive for flukes and so on but didn’t hear if I should or not. Also I had just done hyposalinity for months to try and cure the disease before as recommended by others on here. I Might “not have a clue what I’m doing” but that’s the whole reason why I’m asking the professionals on here
Never saw a problem with the fish. This fish will eat bristleworms which to me is a Plus. Feed it LRS fish frenzy, chopped shrimp and scallop from the seafood dept and frozen krillHe is eating very well now flakes and brine shrimp.
I would not unless you have a suspect cause to do one. Often it can stress or cause distress to a given fishOk thank you very much I’m bringing him back home do you think I should freshwater dip him or not . The guy said I probably shouldn’t.
