I won't go into detail but 3 weeks after receiving $253 from me for livestock, canceling the order and repeated promises to refund my money he is no where to be found nor has he returned my money.

For now this is a ETRC member to member transaction and should be here to help locals (Knoxville, Tn and near by area), Reef2Reef posting rules still apply in club forums, so I will clean up (delete) outside comments. Anyone that has a bad transaction with Josh can start a thread in the proper forum.

Also , since this is a issue with ETRC members, please utilize the orivate forum to further discuss the issue. This is certainly something the club BOD needs to discuss.
