Well this was a kick in the nuts…
my tank has never looked better

I had to rescue 3 snails today from flipping over

I do not have any at the moment.

Is it ok to dose 1ml Part 1&2 and 1ml Trace. I would like to test in 1 hour to see what 1ml Part 1 raises my alkalinity.

Good plan. Post the results. You are now learning how much alk affects your system.
I would have just dosed 2ml but lets keep to your plan. Thats how you learn.

Seems like 2ml raised it 9 dKH.
If 1ml brings it up ~.5 dKH
And my daily consumption is .6 dKH
Seems my dosing schedule should be 1ml each day, on 3rd day dose 2ml.
Regarding Trace, I want to confirm that 1ml every day is ok and recommended?
Trace 1ml. Dose 1ml a day for a week and check alk. This will tell you if 1ml a day is the right dose.
You want to keep your dose the same and let your systwm tell you what it needs.
Thier will be some fluctuation as your system adjusts.

1ml does not do much but this is when you retest and also test with Hanna as a 2nd reference.
In my systems I dose 2x a day.
Omce a day is fine for now in your system. Omce you get to say 10ml then you can do 5ml 2x a day for a tighter alk range.
That said in my systems I see a .5 swing from each dose then it comes back in 12hrs.
So my nano for example runs 7 dkh. I dose 14ml and its 7.5 in 12 hrs its back to 7 so another 14ml.

So it seems that dosing 1ml of Pert 1 & 2 as well as trace has me at a 7.0 dKH after 24 hours.
Permission to dose again 1ml all 3?
