Its been 2 months since I got this used 30g tank which had been established by the previous owner for more than a year. Came with lots of xenia, few zoas, kenya trees, GSP, and 1 PJ cardinal, hermit crabs, and snails. I added 2 clowns, 1 emerald crab, few more hermit crabs and snails. Tank had floss filter and bioballs which I removed a week ago. Tank looks absolutely fine a week later. Should I continue like this or will this lead to a disaster?

Time will tell lol!

I personally like filter floss, though many don't. Some more advanced reefers don't run any mechanical filtration at all.

I see your tank is bare-bottom, but looks like there must be some rock in there, which will be your primary biofilter, so bioballs in your tank's filter or sump are not necessary. But I like to keep a few bioballs going in my main tank that I can use to setup a quick quarantine tank or a second tank, if needed or wanted.

Your tank looks great and as long as it survived the move, I think you'll do well.

I'd suggest you take things slowly, and monitor your water parameters, and see how it goes. Again, I think your tank will be fine :)

Best of luck with your new tank!

Looks good. All the biology you need is in the live rocks. I run a sock to keep debris from getting to the return pump. All you need in a tank is some sort of flow of any kind, light and place for bacteria to settle. Even if it's just the corals skeleton.
