Found these lil guys while transferring a rock with waving hand anthelia from our 5gal to our 14gal.
These ball tipped nems? i like them!

Looks like a Majano anemone.

Yay! Soooooo, will they kill any corals? Info online seems to say yay and nay. Some said they even will eat your fish.
Anybody have any experience with them?
Technically they are not nems. They are coralimorphs. Also, they are nps so they need to be fed. According to Tidal Gardens they can get large and possibly eat fish. They claim they had one that grew to 12" and they fragged it. BTW, they charge 75 bucks for them. I'm not sure how aggressive they are. I would give them a little space, just like you would with any coral.

Yeah that’s what a read too. Basically mushrooms lol.
Last night before we turned in I took my lil flash light to the tank and saw one eating a waving hand anthelia “finger” that got caught in its tenticles. And I also noticed there are 3 on that rock.

Either way neat find in my book. I love mushrooms and nems so win win. Woot!
