In my experience low nutrients only begets instability. We’ve always aimed for 10-15ish no3 and .03-.08 po4. The best color and growth seems to be in that range and you don’t have to stress alk swings. Running low alk you are always stressed it is going to swing and dip dangerously lowive considered switching salts to try a ULNS i run the opposite for now. I am wondering which, if either, are easier. Maybe two sided of the same coin? lol

they are the same genus but they can irritate each other. so if you see them "stick" to one another id keep an eye out but they are normally fine long term if they brush upAnyone have experience keeping frogspawn near hammers? Thank you all for the feedback. I have a spot on the outer edge of my hammer garden and I am very tempted to add a frogspawn instead of another hammer.
