Speaking of dip, does anyone here use Bayer? ? I finally found some but havent tried it yet. Afraid itll end up doing more harm then good but seen results from other reefers who used it after other dips and it got alot that was missed with revive and etc
I’d also like to know. So far we’ve just been brushing them and dipping them in ReVive

Just to be clear best practice is to always dip, however it is best to allow some time for the corals to settle from shipping before dipping. If you dip as soon as they get in it can be an increased stress
How long should we wait to dip from arrival time?

ive herd good things about revive and not as harsh on corals.. to be honest though if i buy corals from anywhere besides tsa corals/ battle corals i typically remove all acros from frag plugs and dip before they ever touch my system

unless you have a qt i would never put a coral in your system that has not been dipped.. i dip mine after a 2-3 hr acclimation
I could be wrong but I think that's how TSA is explaining. I don't think they mean put it in your tank, just acclimate until they open then dip. But I could be understanding it wrong?

So have you tried Bayer before ReVive? Also how much Bayer are you using.

I would not worry about dipping any of TSA's corals. If anything can make it through their QT process, its a super bug that probably deserves to munch your corals lol.
thats pretty bad advice.. i dip every single coral that goes into my system.. im speaking from experience of an aefw getting into my system years ago.. always dip no matter whose system a coral comes from.. you can never be to safe.

that said i would trust tsa's proccess more than most
