Thanks, George! What is missing from fb and here, is all the fun we had after hours, too. But yes, I am getting closer ... with a surprise too!

Awesome tim! Felix posted a few pics on fb earlier, it's getting close!

All work and no play is not what this build thread is all about. Today, I treated my Reef Savvy (Felix Bordon) and Sticks N Stones (Chris Benner) friends to a trip to the Newport Aquarium!!!

Downtown Cincinnati

Chris Benner and Felix Bordon above the shark tank at Newport Aquarium.

Shark tank!

And a few more pictures from our visit to Cincinnati and the Newport Aquarium.

Visited my friend Joe at Marine Solutions in Waynesville, Ohio on Saturday for another round of salt mix. I will use Reef Crystals for my reef project and the Instant Ocean is for curing the dry Marco rock.

A few new SPS frags arrived yesterday. It will take a while to grow these gems out and is exactly how my reef was built over the years and going forward ... all started off from small coral fragments!

A group shot, including:

Reef Raft Canada Shazam

Reef Raft Canada Pink Cadillac

Wet Thumbs Mother of Pearl

JF Fox Flame
(its the tiny nub)

Added my new carbon reactor to my grow-out system today. This is the first time I used carbon since I removed my ill-tempered Gem tang back in March. Love the new media reactor. Thanks, @geo Geo's Reef! I plan to add a larger version for the 600g Reef Savvy tank too, when complete.
