You guys have major problems with your auctions. I attempted to bid on one of your fish and your site locked me out the last minute of the auction. I kept getting a too many requests from my location error so I couldn't see or bid at the end of the auction. I was only checking out about a half dozen fish on your site so I don't know how that happened. Also, the winning bid was 196.00 but I put in an automatic bid for over 200 but apparently didn't win somehow. Also, for transparency you should really leave the bid history up on the auction pages after the bidding ends. Right now the pages go essentially blank and there's no history of what the bidding was or who won.

I'm definitely not going to bid with you guys again ever and as a prior customer I'm now a FORMER customer.

We are sorry to hear this. We have not had any other customers complain of any problem with our bidding software however we had a record number of people on our site trying to bid all at the same time tonight, so it is possible with technology glitches do happen. Please send us a PM in regards to the item you were trying to purchase for $196.00 and if we have an addition fish we will honor the price. Generally with the auctions, if you place an automatic bid, the bid value must be greater than the incremental next bid increase. For example the required next bid for the item may be $201.00 if you place an automatic bid for $200 since the next bid increase is $201 the system will automatically give the item to the previous person. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this caused, but we will be happy to honor the price.
