Sorry for the frustration but I can't figure out what's wrong with this thing. I have tried everything I can think of..

The ATK will work but a few days after it will come back with "Error on ATK" and the water line drops. It's almost like the pump can't keep up with the evaporation but I can't confirm that's the issue.

-Using a V2 Pump w/ air break at the top of the ATO container.
-Checked both sensors and they are both working correctly

Any help is greatly appreciated because im completely lost and frustrated!!

Try removing the line “When On > 005:00 Then Off”. If that fixes the problem, you can add the line back and just need to increase the time. That line is a fail-safe to shut off the pump and turn automation off if the pump is running too long, which typically means you have a leak, broken sensor, or the reservoir is dry. If you have a lot of evaporation and a long run of pipe on the ATO, 5 minutes might be too short.

I will give this a try.. Thank you. Im close to buying a Red Sea ATO soon. Even if it's user error I just don't have the time to focus on this when I want to work on other things regarding the reef. I have been playing with this thing for weeks now. Hopefully this works.

I like the Avast Parrot ATO best. It uses a different sensing mechanism (pressure differential) than the others (optical) and is far less likely to malfunction. It is also compatible with apex.

I actually had one prior to the ATK and it didn't work correctly either. Feel like it must be me at this point.

I think you are right. I deleted that line of code last night and now it's hard to tell what's going on. The water line defiantly isn't below where it should be but it's either exact or over and the sensors are both open and ATK is still set to auto and off.
