I need to make a decision on buying an arrow crab. So what better idea to come here to ask if I should get one. my wife found a (roughly) 3 inch long bristle worm last night in my display, I’ve seen and heard they are beneficial but not when they get big. So should I get a crab to control the population or let them be?

Avast

i cant think

I would leave them alone, even the larger ones are benificial. How big is your tank?
In my 4’ tank I’ve seen some large (5-6 inch) bristle worms and they don’t bother anyone.

180 gallons. So I take it regardless of their size they wont bother my fish or corals?
