Hello everyone!! Added an arrow crab to my tank today. He seems to be acclimating well! I bought him to help with bristle worm populations. This guy is pretty small. Any concerns I should watch for in the future? How quickly do they grow? I had a friend tell me in the past they “only eat bristle worms” but read they’ll eat anything meaty, including small fish. I do have a clown goby and juvenile ruby dragonette. Also, what is a good invertebrate that will eat hair algae?? I have hermits, blue and red leg, Nassarius and Nerite snail. I also have a LARGE fighting conch, and a pincushion urchin. My conch eats algae on the glass (????) and my urchin eats algae on the glass and whatever bugs end up in the tank at night. (i don’t know why he likes to eat the bugs. He even eats them alive before I can remove them. I live in the south and they’re attracted to my light, lol.)
