Are these worms?

Hello fellas,

Woke up this morning to find these little guys crawling all over the front of the tank. At first, I thought it was left over residue from a white sponge I use to clean the acrylic, but on closer inspection, I noticed that they were crawling along the front of the tank. What are they?

Scoop some out into small container with a little saltwater to get a closer, focused picture.
Otherwise, guesses are probably best anyone can do.
