Are these all just types of sponges? Including the yellow, slime looking organism on the rock? Got this piece of live rock today and love all of the organisms, just not sure what they are.

Are they bad for the tank? Or just an eyesore?
Individually, no. But they reproduce quickly, and when theres a lot of them, not only do they compete against corals for calcium, they're very hard to get rid of as for their tough calcium carbonate shells. So although they alone are not harmful, you should remove them before its too severe.
