Off topic question
If there is power outage will jabeo wavermaker pump remember it’s settings or will it reset and needs to be reprogrammed

Depends on the model I think, I have an rw series and it will remember the power setting it was at, but forgets the night mode so you have to set that back up. The ow series seem to hold there settings just fine but I could never get the master/slave functions to work with that series.

If you have a food saver vacuum sealing bag you could seal the outer magnet in that and keep water off the magnet and they are thin enough I don’t think it would affect it holding in place.
Or a small ziploc freezer bag would do?

Fantastic rec. Much easier and cleaner that silicone or epoxy sealing it
