Cyphastrea in my experience are easier but can be temperamental.

We have done inverts or fish in a couple live sales in the past but not very often. Something like a five pack of peppermint shrimp for $25 or something sweet like that. However, we never got much traction on it so we stopped suggesting that vendors do it.
