I guess my only complaint is that my tank looks small due to the vast amounts of rock.

Ok after reading this article I thought I would try my hand at the negative space idea so what do you think? Ps I really have no artistic talent which is why I like coves lol
Nice setup! Love the lamp in the tank lol. I forget to turn it off all the time when taking photos. I went with minimal scape too. Not so much negative though. Once a tank is grown in the negative space is hard to see. My 120 today at 7 months. Lots of room to grow.I think I did it pretty successfully. My goal wasn’t a bommie, but I wanted clean and still enough room and rock formations for my fish to swim and interact in a manner they still felt secure and could retreat to the rock. Still a never ending battle for me to keep frags off the sand haha. 93 gallon cube:
With minimal rock, what is everyone using for a place for bacteria to grow? Reactors?
Oh my gosh I LOVE this little tank! Stunning!Speaking of Nanos, it's a bit of a challenge creating negative space in a small cube. I used to have a lot more of it before the many years of coral growth, as well as a few corals as presents, filled things up:

That is amazing! I saw how old this post was but your tank is just so cute! I hope mine tank makes it 11 years!Thank you. That pic was from 2014. Utilizing a lot more negative space these days to allow for easier access and cleaning (an important concern when maintaining a small nano for 11+ years):
Amazing! I know it’s not an intensive “build” but does it have a thread? Love to know what you are running on it for filtration and lighting. Also how sweet it looks in the roomThank you. Pretty good? Very humble. We are upgrading soon to a 93 cube. Mind if I copy a version of your front right swim through? This is our dream tank.I think I did it pretty successfully. Of course! Don’t mind at all. Actually quite a few people tried to recreate it haha. Reach out anytime if you have questions!Pretty good? Very humble. We are upgrading soon to a 93 cube. Mind if I copy a version of your front right swim through? This is our dream tank.
