Guys I've had the same tank for two years, and never have I been able to be happy with my scape, I have a solana and I finally decided to put in an overflow and do away with the built in overflow, so now I have the option to re-aqua scape and redo my tank, clearly I'm missing something about aquascaping, I don't know of its just me but I feel a 34cube is almost impossible to aquascape, can any of you help me out with a design or ideas?

You could go with a bunch of ideas, Bommie, branch out, etc. but I think what makes it hard is when you don't use anything to hold it up, and instead use the stack and pray style (I am only guessing here). Here's what I suggest, why not use some rods (I use 4'' rods" between the rocks to hold them up. Drill two holes (One in each rock) and slide the rod between them and you've got connecting rocks. All sorts of fun to be had, I tell you! :)

Also if I add rock to my new tank, remove the built in overflow, and move some sand around should I seek new housing for my fish/corals/inverts for like two weeks in case of a mini cycle?

If it is dry rock then you should not see any kind of mini cycle
If it is Live rock from an established aquarium and you keep it submerged, you shouldn't have a problem either.
Fresh live rock may cause a bit of a cycle depending on how much you add and the amount of die off.

Some movement of the sand shouldn't be much of an issue unless it is a really dirty sand bed.

You are going to add the Dry rock to what is already in the system and not completely replace the existing rock? Complete replacement would cause a cycle. just checking... I didnt want to misunderstand and mislead you.
