But once I get it I can just instantly start the cycle right or get some turbo start and slowly add stuff right?

I just wanted to see how much more I would have to add before it can be deemed ready. But is that option still on the table? You’d be willing to trade it for a kessil?

Just retired at 53, my mom and dad came to th USA in 1965, now I'm moving there, have family, it's chill, and with the exchange rate I'll live like a Millonare. My new house is 100 yards from the beach, couldn't afford that here, oh almost forgot about my Argentinian girlfriend!
