I picked up several pieces of coral from a local reefer... They were all on plugs except for one, which was on a small rock. I cut off the plugs on the ones that had plugs but unfortunately, put the rock in the tank. All corals were dipped in coralrx as well.

Well a few days later (2-4 days), I noticed aptasia on the rock that came with that coral. I've been very good at not bringing in aptasia on this new DT... I quickly grabbed the rock out, removed the the coral from the rock, and threw out the rock. Coral looks clean..

What are my odds the aptasia didn't already spread spores everywhere?

Sorry to hear that. I've been dealing with Aiptasia in 1 of my 2 x 200g tanks for 4 years. Sounds like you may have nipped this in the bud but if any do pop up in your tank, you can try to spot eradicate with something like F Aiptaisia or Aiptasia X. I just added an Australian Stripey, which are both reef safe and love to eat aiptasia as a new measure - having gone down the road of bergia and spot eradication for years - aiptasia is a beast once it's established.
