apex shut down in the middle of last night

Life is a learning experience. I learned redundancy is necessary. Everything fails even if you use halides halides and mechanical timers. Things have to be controlled.

Another thing you learn is that some people want to help. And others can't contribute anything helpful so they point and laugh at others when their journey got rough. Even if it was their negligence.

Neptune won't respond to my emails anymore.

Light still don't work. Apex came back online but went back off.

I wasn't rude to them, I didn't complain.. I just want then to fix it.

By any chance is the Apex flashing blue at any time, or is the LED color on the controller normal?

The light was normal. The guy from neptunebsaid it was a memory issue. I tried resetting and he said I could try a new memory card but he was pretty sure it was a module on the board.

It started working again for a day. Then died again.

I'm glad you asked.. I forgot to update. After they stopped responding to emails I made a post on their forum. Someone there saw it and contacted me. This is the resolution he offered.
