Yes, when just one eye is affected, the cause is most often an injury. Often, these will heal on their own.

So both eyes are affected now. Did this happen after you separated the two puffers?
Do you know how to perform a freshwater dip?

Yes I did give him fresh water dip it's different puffer the procupine is getting better but this guy's eyes gets worse

Try Aquanet who I believe have permits to sell meds abroad. Maracyn 2 or similar would work
