Exactly. Everyone has different price points for their stuffs.Don't get me wrong, if I paid $100 for a coral and retail now is $150, I'm probably going to want a coral in trade or a little pocket change... But I'll probably throw in a few cheap corals for free
Well, the OP said $150 is still too much for a small “colonies”.X2 on this. I just picked up a 2-3head dragon soul for 200$ cad. Most stores here are 200 a head. They even have raffles on local coral groups.
Sadly this is just how much corals seem to cost living in Ontario. Lots of stores have torches and all the higher end ones sell for over 200$ a head. Even a regular green torch is $100. Since moving to the other side of the country I've found a lot of local reefers that sell them for $40-60 a head. Still not the prices they used to go for but too many people are out there trying to capitalize on this hobby.Well, the OP said $150 is still too much for a small “colonies”.
You're hanging out with the wrong crowd.I hope someday we as a group get to a point where we are trading with each other not for profit but for the joy of the companionship and helping others achieve success! Oh sorry I fell asleep and was dreaming.
I take beer in trade. The catch is that I have very expensive taste..Don't get me wrong, if I paid $100 for a coral and retail now is $150, I'm probably going to want a coral in trade or a little pocket change... But I'll probably throw in a few cheap corals for free
Prices doubled over the last 2 years. Used to be able to get single or double heads for like 80 now buck fiddy plusI have been looking for torches for a good price for a while now but it is impossible even the small colonies are like $150?
