I placed an order a week ago for an acclimation box and haven’t heard anything. I emailed to check status and haven’t received a response so far. I’m wondering if they are on vacation or otherwise disposed? I have some fish coming in soon and will have to cancel the order as it won’t do me any good to receive the box after the fish. Anyway, just curious if someone knows if they are out for vacay, or otherwise closed temporarily. I’ve ordered from them in the past and always get a shipment notification within a business day so I think this isn’t the norm for them.

I guess if I don’t hear anything I could always order another on Amazon and get one before the fish arrive. I hope all is well over there. I think they’re in Illinois so the hurricane shouldn’t have been an issue.

I’ve used their product many times but I buy through Amazon
I liked their hang on frag rack. It came in handy a few years back when I was having stn/rtn issues and was fragging like mad to try and save things. I had to use some feeding ring magnets to keep it from blowing back and forth across the glass though. I know it works on 3/4 glass so I knew I was safe with their acclimation box. There’s some cheapo versions on Amazon but I didn’t want to find out they wouldn’t work out. Some of the others seem a bit overpriced, especially considering that it wouldn’t get used but once or twice (most likely only once for me).

Their locking magnet racks are A+

Strong magnets, locking plug spots, and expandable to third row if needed, but giving up the locking feature.

I heard from them today. They apologized for the delay and offered an upgrade, which was a very nice gesture but not necessary at all. I didn’t ask what happened as it’s none of my business. Everyone’s entitled to take a break, or deal with life in general as it happens to all of us. I’m just glad they’re all good.
