Any idea what these are?

I am new to saltwater tanks. Mine has been cycling about 5 weeks with live rock, sand and water from an established tank.
I have Bubbletip anemone, 2 snails, 2 hermit crabs and 2 clownfish.
I found these in the tank today, any ideas what they could be?
They are about the size of a rice crispy.

They look to be zoa polyps.

I think you are way too early for the nem. Watch it closely. As for the bits of something, can you get a picture of them in the water under white light?

Those do look like zoas that have gotten detached from something.

I don't think it matters. It is a NEW system seeking equilibrium.

It absolutely matters. This is still a new, unstable tank, but it'll stabilize far quicker and with far less fuss if it's working with live rock (particularly live rock that's already been in an aquarium for awhile) than with dry. Almost closer to a tank upgrade than to a new tank, potentially.

I don't have a lot of BTA experience. You will be able to tell if it is happy. Moving around a lot, hiding, retracted, losing color, or puking would be signs it is not happy.
