I’ve seen some amazing stocking list ideas on these forums so now it’s time for me to get some help! Here is my current stocking list and my in quarantine stock plus a wish list:

Tank: 210 gallon Aqueon with ~200 lb rock. Mixed reef with lots of LPS and SPS (currently all frags).

CUC:
6-8 emerald crabs (not sure if they all made it since I rarely see them)
~100 astrea snails
~20 turbo snails
~100 Nassarius snails
10 peppermint shrimp (coming)
15 bhergias (aptasia that scavenged its way into my tank from live rock needs to go!)

Fish in DT:
-1 black ocellaris
-1 orange ocellaris
-1 one spot fox face
-1 purple dottyback
-1 royal gramma
-1 six line wrasse

Fish in quarantine 1 (40 gallon)
-dusky wrasse (will go into DT next week if all goes well)
-1 firefish (thinking about putting him in 25 gallon softy tank; he is very shy and tiny and I don’t think he’ll do well with the others)

Fish in quarantine 2 (55 gallon)
-2 bonded yellow tangs (initial acclimation stage)
-get tang (initial acclimation stage)
-they are getting along beautifully; I was ready for dividers and a rocky start but they’ve surprised me.

Planned fish
-Hippo tang (lost my previous hippo to ich after having raised her from coin size to about 3 inches recently; miss her to pieces)
-purple tang
-powder brown tang
-white tail tang
-2 swallowtail angels

Would love:
-wrasses but which ones?
-must have a red fish or two but which ones?
-is a melanurus wrasse a good option for this tang? I find them gorgeous.

Thanks for any thoughts or recommendations!

Note: eventually all of these fish will move to either an 8 or 10 foot tank 2-3 year time. Getting all fish as juveniles.

i cant think

All I’ll say about the wrasses is be careful, I’ve seen six lines turn in even giant tanks like yours - it’s more uncommon but just be cautious when adding more to him. If I’m honest, during the tank transfer I’d personally remove the six line altogether.

Thanks for the response! He was an impulse buy and still pretty tiny (maybe 1 inch right now). I have 80 gallon frag tanks planned and he can potentially patrol one of those. He’s been pretty good with the current tank mates but I didn’t know they could get that aggressive! I’ll read more about them.
