Anemones and Clown Fish Pair

I bought an up and running tank 2 weeks ago and need to redo my living room before I set the tank up. This may take up to a year to complete. In the meantime, I've had a 40 gallon setup in the basement to accommodate the livestock and some of the rock. I'm not an anemone guy and already have a clown pair in my main tank so I'm posting these here.

Bonded clown pair. Original owner bought these in 2020. The male is about 4" and the female is about 2 1/2". Asking $60 for the pair.

Bubble tip anemone $25

Larger anemone (6-8" across). Might be a Sherman? $75

I'm located in Centerville, IN. Shipping is not available. I can arrange to meet in the Indy, Cincy, or Dayton areas as well.
