Anemones do what they want, it's probably not getting enough light and/or flow at its previous position, your rockwork is pretty short so a better return pump abd/or powerhead would help get flow down there. What lights are you using and how old is this tank?

The tank was set up around February and I took the powerhead out but I guess I should put it back in and I think it wanted more light for sure because I turned them down a bit to experiment and the light I’m using now is the ai prime 16hd. I have the hygger flowmaker so that should be perfect

It’s probably the flow because I just increased the light a bit after lowering it and I added him when the lighting was low but I turned it back up a bit and where would you recommend putting my wave maker based on the rock structure because I always used to have it in the top right corner

Mounting it in the center right or left would work best and angle it towards your rocks. Make sure you run the UV, Violet, Royal Blue, and blue channels at least 88% on your 16HD I wouldn't recommend higher than that, primes are known to have lens melting issues.
