Thank you again! Before we started dosing pods 9 months ago I do recall the clowns interested in the rock the GSPs were on, they would hide against it at night. That was a while ago though but they’re really not interested in the GSPs. Occasionally I’ve seen a hermit crab like once a week traverse over the GSPs in the front. Nothing other than the amphipods touch the GSPs in the back of the tank since they’re sideways and mounted. Even the snails leave those ones alone - yet the GSPs act just the same as the GSPs in the front of the display

I’m rehoming the leathers to rule out any toxic warfare happening from them! I’ve been considering it anyways. Hopefully this may have been the issue with the GSPs, but I’ll continue to monitor and keep the same routine to see if it was the solution!

Probably isn't the leathers. I kept several leathers in this tank with the gsp growing in the back wall.

Wow you have a beautiful tank. I’m really unsure as to what it could be in my tank as well. I had a crack in my skimmer so it was adding dust like bubbles into the display for a while now (just recently found the issue). just installed a new one yesterday so I’m not sure if that would’ve been causing it all along too

I should have started out with a larger tank lol, seems like small things and issues are just so heavily concentrated in a 26 gallon

Tank was 8 years old in that shot. I recently moved everything into a larger tank but still have some of the gsp. Funny thing is this is the same tank I mentioned earlier that I could not keep gsp in for years. I just quit trying and a few year later I added some and it grew. I have no idea why when everyone else says they grow like weed don't add it lol. I could keep some easy sps and nice lps but not gsp or zoas. Sometimes I find some things just don't do well in my tanks so I accept that and move on and maybe try them again later.
